LASH EXTENSIONS — AFTERCARE
First 24 hours
Lashes can get wet the same day.
Avoid excessive heat and heavy steam for the first 24 hours (saunas, long hot showers, intense workouts) as this can soften the adhesive bond and affect retention.
Be gentle with the eye area.
Daily care
Cleanse lashes every day with a professional lash cleanser.
Use a soft brush along the lash line.
Rinse with water and gently pat dry.
Brush through with a clean spoolie once dry.
Avoid
Oil-based products directly on the lash line.
Picking, pulling or twisting extensions.
Waterproof mascara.
Mechanical lash curlers.
Sleeping face down or pressing lashes into the pillow.
Maintenance
Infills recommended every 2–3 weeks.
Important
Never remove extensions yourself. Always book professional removal.
LASH LIFT — AFTERCARE
First 24 hours
Keep lashes dry.
Avoid steam, swimming, saunas and heavy sweating.
Avoid eye makeup for 24 hours.
Avoid sleeping face down or pressing lashes.
Why?
During a lash lift, the hair’s internal bonds are restructured. These bonds continue to stabilise for several hours after treatment. Excess moisture or heat during this period can soften the new shape and reduce lift longevity.
Ongoing care
Avoid mechanical lash curlers — these can over-stress lifted lashes and may cause snapping or breakage.
Use a lash conditioner or serum to maintain lash health.
Avoid waterproof mascara where possible.
Brush lashes daily to keep them separated.
Maintenance
Results last 6–8 weeks.
Rebook once natural lash growth has cycled.
BROW LAMINATION — AFTERCARE
First 24 hours
Keep brows dry.
Avoid sweating, swimming, steam and makeup on the brow area.
Do not rub or press brows out of place.
Why keep brows dry?
Brow lamination works by softening and resetting the hair bonds into a new direction. These bonds need time to fully reform and stabilise. Excess moisture in the first 24 hours can weaken the set direction, causing brows to drop, frizz or lose shape prematurely.
After 24–48 hours
Brush brows into place daily.
Apply a nourishing serum or oil to maintain hair health.
Avoid strong exfoliants or active skincare directly on brows for several days.
Avoid overexposure to heat and steam in the first few days.
Maintenance
Rebook every 6–8 weeks.
Tidy + dye can be maintained between appointments.
BROW SCULPT + DYE — AFTERCARE
First 24 hours
Avoid getting brows excessively wet.
Avoid sweating, swimming, saunas and heavy skincare around the brows.
Do not rub or exfoliate the area.
Why?
Fresh dye continues to oxidise and settle into the hair and skin for several hours after treatment. Excess moisture, oils or friction can cause the tint to fade more quickly or develop unevenly.
To maintain colour
Avoid oil-based cleansers directly on brows.
Avoid exfoliating the brow area frequently.
Limit prolonged sun exposure.
Use gentle skincare around the brows.
Maintenance
Rebook every 3–4 weeks for tint + sculpt.
